# Sales Rep Portal

The Sales Rep portal is where the Sales Rep can create order on behalf of their assigned customers, track the orders, customers and commission. \
\
Once you are assigned as Sales Rep, you can view this portal via URL: ***\[your myshopify.com url]/apps/b2bridge/sr*** 

### Key features 

#### #1: Create order

Sale Reps click on Create order to start placing the order for their customers.

First, the Sales Reps get started by selecting one of the assigned customers.

After the customer is selected, add products in the cart by clicking on Add products.&#x20;

Finally, preview the orders and finish by clicking on Create Draft Order.

#### #2: My Customers

This is where the Sales Reps can check their customer profile including their names, emails and orders.

To get more details on a specific customer, Sales Reps click on the name of the customers in their assigned list.&#x20;

They will then see their customers' addresses, orders and they can also Create order from here.&#x20;

Besides checking customer profiles, they can also create their own customers in the My Customers dashboard. To get started, they can simply click on Create customers.

Afterward, the Sales Rep need to fill in the customer's information and then click Save to keep the change. \
\
They can also add their own customer to the company's newsletter system by checking the Subscribe to newsletter checkbox.

#### #3: All Orders

In All Orders, Sales Reps can track the status of their orders, check their commissions, view their orders and send the invoices to the customers. They can create order from this tab as well.

To view orders, Sales Rep can click View order on either the Recent orders board or on the All orders table.

While viewing the order, Sales Rep also have the choice to Reorder the exact same items for the same customer by clicking the Reorder button.
