Extra Fee

Based on the setup you made in the app, extra fee will appear accordingly.

How fees appear to buyers

Cart

• Fees will appear with the name you setup at step 1.

• It will appear at both the summary card and beneath the items you order.

• Fees recalculate as buyers change quantities, moving between thresholds where relevant.

• For Manual fee and Location fee, a text will appear to let them know why they get the fee. For example, "by quantity" -> the quantity of the orders reaches the condition of charged extra fee or " domestic" -> the location of the buyers require an extra fee.

• As for the Credit card fee, a pop-up will appear to announce them that they will be charged with a credit card fee.

• Once they accept the fee, they will be charged at the checkout.

Checkout

• Each fee appears as a line item with a thumbnail placeholder, a "1" badge, its name, and amount.

• Fees add to the subtotal and item count. Total = Subtotal + Shipping.

• The credit card fee line item only shows when credit card fee is accepted; otherwise it's hidden and the total recalculates automatically.
