The Starter Plan is a free-of-charge entry point designed for new businesses to begin their B2B journey on Shopify. This plan provides essential wholesale features at no cost, allowing you to test the B2B workflow and scale your operations.

Eligibility Note: The Starter Plan is exclusively available to stores that installed B2Bridge starting from May 7, 2026. Stores installed prior to this date are not eligible for this specific plan. Development stores require granting access.

Usage Limits

The Starter Plan is subject to monthly usage quotas. Once these limits are reached, specific features will be temporarily restricted until the next billing cycle or until an upgrade occurs.

When Limits Are Reached

To maintain a smooth experience, the app automatically adjusts your Storefront when you exceed your plan's monthly quotas. Please take note of the following changes that occur upon reaching a limit:

1. Wholesale Registration Limit Reached

• The B2B Registration Form will no longer be displayed on your store.

• New wholesale applicants will not be able to submit their information until the limit resets.

2. B2B Order Limit Reached

When you exceed 5 B2B orders, the wholesale experience is restricted as follows:

• Pricing Tables: The tiered pricing tables will disappear from Collection pages and Product Detail Pages (PDP).

• Navigation: The Cart icon in the header and the User icon on the Account page will revert to default Shopify behavior and will not link to B2Bridge pages.

• Redirects: Upon logging in, customers will not be redirected to the B2Bridge Account Page.

• Checkout Restriction: In the B2Bridge Cart, the "Checkout" and "Order Net Terms (NT)" buttons will be disabled, preventing new wholesale orders from being processed.

Upgrading Your Plan

If your business is growing and you require more than 5 orders or 10 registrations per month, you can upgrade to another plan at any time through the App Settings > Pricing Plan. Upgrading immediately removes all storefront restrictions and increases your quotas.
