Customization Policy

Overview

This Customization Policy applies to custom development and customization services provided for B2Bridge apps.

We're happy to build customizations based on your specific requests, as long as they fit our team's available resources and technical capabilities at the time. If you'd like to discuss a customization, or have questions about scope, timing, or fees, please contact us before proceeding.

Scope of Customization

• Customizations are provided on a request basis, subject to our team's current resources and capabilities.

• We'll review each request and confirm whether it's feasible, along with the estimated scope and fee, before any work begins.

• Not every request can be accommodated. If a customization falls outside what our team can support at the time, we'll let you know and, where possible, suggest alternatives.

Customization Process

Each customization goes through three stages: research, coding, and testing.

Before any coding starts, we'll send you a proposal file covering all the details related to the customization, including the process, fee, and other relevant information, so everything is agreed upon up front.

Payment and Code Revocation

• Payment terms depend on the size of the customization:

  • Small customizations: The fee must be paid after the proposal file is sent and before coding begins.

  • Large customizations: Payment terms can be negotiated (eg: a deposit before coding starts.)

  In all cases, payment for the customization must be completed no later than 2 weeks after the work is finished. B2Bridge reserves the right to revoke the delivered code if payment is not received within this 2-week window.

Refunds

• Customization fees are non-refundable.

This is consistent with our Refund Policy, under which refunds are not granted for custom development or customization services.

Warranty and Support

We stand behind the customizations we build.

• Lifetime warranty: Every customization is covered for as long as you use it.

• Free migration: If you need help moving a customization (for example, to a new theme), we'll assist free of charge under the condition that it is not a complicated customization

• Free bug fixes: If bugs related to a customization appear, we'll fix them free of charge.
