Get started

Follow these steps to secure your storefront content and protect your wholesale pricing with B2Bridge Lock & Password Protect.

1

Activate B2Bridge's app embed

Go to your Shopify Theme Editor and activate the B2Bridge Lock app embed. This is a required step that allows the app to hide prices or restrict access to specific pages without modifying your theme's core code.

From your dashboard, click Enable App to open your Shopify Theme Editor directly.

2

Choose what to lock

Navigate to lock rule page to define the specific content you want to restrict. B2Bridge Lock allows you to protect various levels of your store:

  • Hide product's price: Keep your products visible, but hide the price text and disable the "Add to Cart" button from guest visitors.

  • Hide products entirely: Lock access to specific products or collections. If a visitor tries to open a locked page, the content is hidden immediately.

  • Hide specific pages / URLs: Lock any custom page, blog, or link based on its web address (URL path).

3

Choose who can access

Set up the criteria required for visitors to unlock and view your protected content. You can grand access based on:

  • Logged-in customers: Anyone who creates an account on your store.

  • Tagged customers: Specific groups (e.g., customers with the tag B2B or Wholesale).

  • Passcode: Visitors who enter a specific generic password that you set.

4

Style the message and enable the rule

Customize the restriction message that unauthorized visitors see when they stumble upon locked content. You can adjust the text, colors, and login/registration buttons to match your brand's storefront display perfectly. Once satisfied, toggle the status to Enabled to activate the rule.
