# Quote notifications
Go to [Settings > Email notifications](/app-configuration/settings/email-notifications.md) > Request for quote emails:
* [**Notifications that send to your customers:**](#email-notification-thanks-for-your-quote-request) to notify buyers that they have successfully submitted a new quote.
* [**Notifications that send to you:**](#email-notification-new-quote-request) to notify of a new quote submitted.
### Email Notification: Thanks for your quote request
**Status:** Click Enable to activate this notification. It’s Disable by default.
Customize the email content as you see fit.
Please don’t make changes to the default email variables. For example: {{customer\_name}}, {{customer\_email}}, {{quote\_message}}.
