Request For Quote (RFQ)
Request For Quote (RFQ) lets your B2B buyers request a custom price for products before placing an order. Instead of buying at the listed price, buyers submit a quote request β you review it, negotiate if needed, and convert it into a draft order.
How RFQ works:
A buyer adds products to a quote request on your storefront
The request appears in your Quote list in B2Bridge
You review the request, optionally add a merchant note, and convert it to a draft order or reject it
The buyer receives a notification about the outcome
Two sections in RFQ:
Quote list β all incoming quote requests from buyers, with status tracking (Converted / Not converted)
Quote rule β the rules that determine which products and customers can use the RFQ feature, and any auto-approval thresholds
