Printed PDF Invoice
Overview
The Printed PDF Invoice feature allows store administrators to quickly generate professional invoice documents for manual orders. This is particularly useful for B2B transactions where customers require a formal PDF record for their accounting, tax, or record-keeping purposes.
Setup Guide
Follow these steps to generate and export your PDF invoice:
Step 1: Access B2Bridge Manual Order
Navigate to the B2Bridge App dashboard and select B2B Features > Manual Order from the sidebar menu.

Step 2: Create a Manual Order
Click on the Create Manual Order button. In the order creation screen:
Select the Products the customer wishes to purchase.
Enter the Customer Email to link the order to their account.
Click Create Order to generate the order within the B2Bridge system.

Step 3: Preview and Review Order
Once the order is created, click the Export PDF button. This will open a preview window where you can:
Review all line items and total amounts.
Check the billing and shipping information.
Ensure the document layout meets your requirements.


Step 4: Export the Document
After confirming all details are accurate, click the Export button. The system will generate the final file, which you can then download to your device, print, or send directly to your client.

Does the PDF include taxes and shipping costs?
Yes, the exported invoice will include all costs, including taxes and shipping fees, as calculated during the manual order creation step.
Can I export invoices for existing Shopify orders?
This specific workflow is designed for orders created through the Manual Order feature within B2Bridge to ensure all B2B-specific data is captured correctly.
