Finance & Payment Report
The Finance & Payments Report is a buyer-facing report page that lets a company account track and manage all of its outstanding credit in one place: outstanding balance, upcoming payment due, credit limit, spending activity, and order/payment history.
How the Finance & Payments Report works
You choose which sections of the report your buyers see and allow buyers to export report
Buyers open the report from their storefront, where it sits next to Quick order in the menu.
The report is split into two parts: an Overview with company-level figures, and an Activity area they can filter by member and by time period. Buyers can drill into any member's spending or any single order without leaving the page
Set up your report
Step 1: Open the Configuration screen
Go to the Finance & Payments Report page in the app to configure what your buyers will see. Each checkbox corresponds to one section of the report. All sections are switched on by default, so buyers see the full report until you change it.

Step 2: Choose which sections to show
Tick or untick each section to control what appears in the buyer's report:
Outstanding balance: the total the company currently owes, plus what's due next.
Credit summary: the company's credit limit, how much is used, and what's available.
Spending activity: spending totals and charts for the selected period.
Orders & Payment: a table of individual orders with their payment status.

Step 3: Click Save to keep the change
Once configuration is finished, click Save to keep the change.
